For one intentional week, join our Acts2Thrive members in a guided experience designed to help you take a step back and prayerfully discern what area of your life most needs your attention right now.

Instead of scattering your efforts across too many goals, you’ll finish with a clear “domain” of focus and an invitation to a practical path for gaining traction in 2026.

Who is this for?

This Reset is For You If...

  • You’re restless with the status quo and itching for change—afraid of spending another year in the same place—but you don’t know where to start.

  • You’ve tried to make big changes before—pursuing goals around personal growth, health, and transformation—but for a variety of reasons, you weren’t able to make much progress.

New Year, Clear Focus

How the New Year Wellness Reset Works

What is A2T?

This experience, facilitated by Dr. Uthman Cavallo & Dr. Susan-Hart-Cavallo, runs from Saturday 1/24/26 to Saturday 1/31/26.

Kick-Off Zoom Call – “See the Whole Picture”

On Saturday 1/24 (11am-12:30pm ET), we’ll start by gathering live on Zoom to:

 

  • Walk you through a powerful framework for evaluating and organizing your wellness journey.

 

  • Go over what to expect for the coming week so you know exactly what to do each day.

 

We believe you’ll leave the call feeling oriented, encouraged, and ready to dive in.

 

Replay will be available through 2/7/26.

7-Day Awareness Activation Challenge

From Sunday to Thursday, you’ll receive a short daily email inviting you into a simple, 5-10 minute awareness exercise for the day:

 

  • Day 1 – Spiritual, through a Christ-centered lens (Sun 1/25)
     

  • Day 2 – Emotional (Mon 1/26)
     

  • Day 3 – Physical (Tue 1/27)
     

  • Day 4 – Relational (Wed 1/28)
     

  • Day 5 – Visional (Thu 1/29)

 

These are not burdensome tasks. They’re small invitations to notice & reflect on what’s already happening.

 

  • Day 6 – Get Your Wellness Score (Fri 1/30)

    • First, answer a few short reflection questions for each domain

    • Second, take the Acts2Thrive Wellness Assessment (usually reserved only for A2T Members).

 

This gives you a clear, concrete picture of your current five‑domain wellness level so we can help you discern a “Domain of Focus” on the final call.

 

  • Day 7 – Choose Your “Domain of Focus” on our final Zoom call (Sat 1/31)

Wrap-Up Zoom Call – “Clarity & Next Steps”

On Saturday, 1/31 (11am-12:30pm ET), we’ll gather one last time to:

 

  • Share what you noticed and, if you’d like, your assessment scores.

 

  • Help you identify which domain needs your focus first for this next season.

 

  • Show you what it could look like to walk out that focus as a member of Acts2Thrive—or on your own, if that’s a better fit for you.

 

By the end of this call, you will leave with clarity and inspiration for next steps.
